It's been a long while, guys, and things have been hectic in the last couple of weeks.
Sleep has been 3-4 hours per day, and on some days, especially on my night duty days, it's just 1.5 hours. I'm managing five things right now.
First priority is my clients. Second is the content strategy to build a personal brand. Third is the team I'm building around the fitness business. Fourth is the internship. Fifth is some off-the-record internships that I'm doing for some companies.
My YouTube channel has around 630 subscribers, which has been excellent because we have been producing content every single day and every single week.
Trust me, it takes a lot to produce this content, especially when you manage this kind of hectic schedule. the last couple of weeks, especially yesterday, was extremely horrible( night duty) I was first time posted there, and clocked, I think, 25,000 steps.
I did CPR, but the patientsdid not survive.
Then, we did a lumbar puncture for a lady who was struggling with fits and seizures.
The situation is pretty glum, but every time I'm writing this newsletter, I don't feel tired.
I don't feel tired when I'm speaking to my clients and they're all pumped up and having crazy results, some of them dropping 10 kgs in 3 months, getting more confident, building more muscle, and having more energy at the end of the day.
That is what gives me the confidence to pursue this and keep going.
The coaching update : I'm opening my slots for August. The minimum base packages start from 20,000 for 3 months, and that's because the value that you're going to be getting in this is top-notch in the Indian fitness space.
My coaching slots are open. You can reply to this email with "fit" and book your slot. I'm taking only serious clients right now because of my hectic schedule.
